Job Summary

As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Valet Attendant assists arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and extending a friendly welcome to hotel guests.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions; parking does not stop in rain, snow, heat, or cold.

Must enjoy physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs, assisting with luggage, running, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs in parking garages.

Be personable and comfortable engaging with guests during check-in and providing excellent service.

The Ability To Work Any Schedule Or Shift

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valet parking experience preferred.

Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred.

Proficiency in English, verbal and written.

Exceptional guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Valid drivers license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Ability to pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screening.

Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs, and perform physical activities including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing.

Ability to stand for long periods and run as needed.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
