We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Acquisitions Sales Associate to join our team in Ennis, TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring vehicles from customers through excellent phone communication, customer relations, and in-person interactions. This position requires a proactive approach to meet and greet customers, utilize tools such as service department leads and Kelly Blue Book instant cash offers, and maintain high levels of daily activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, text, and email to acquire vehicles efficiently and professionally.
• Meet and greet customers in person, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
• Utilize service department leads and Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer tools to identify and acquire vehicles.
• Maintain high daily activity levels, including calls, texts, and emails, to maximize vehicle acquisitions.
• Monitor and track daily activities and progress towards acquisition goals.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate integrity and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
