Venue IT Coordinator

This position will provide support to both the Intuit Dome Arena and The Forum.

This is an hourly, event-based role, with occasional non-event day support as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure POS and supporting systems are fully operational before each event
  • Respond to real-time tech issues and escalate as needed
  • Troubleshoot device connectivity and software/hardware malfunctions
  • Record and report all issues, resolutions, and recommendations post-event
  • Install, move, or replace hardware when required (to include employee hardware and printing peripherals)
  • Maintain up-to-date inventories of tech equipment
  • Support and troubleshoot "all" designated equipment operating and running POS software, (Apple and Android)
  • Send out daily recap reports detailing event-day performance and any ongoing concerns POST event

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience supporting tech systems (POS, hardware, software)
  • Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, wireless)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to problem-solving
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
