Full-Time Veterinary Assistant

Grayling Hospital for Animals in Grayling, MI is looking for a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Pay is $15$17 per hour, based on experience. We offer a variety of services including preventive and wellness care, vaccinations, sick pet examinations, digital diagnostics, routine and advanced surgical procedures, and more. We use Avimark practice management software.

Our schedule is Monday through Friday, and we are closed on weekends, helping support a healthy work-life balance.

We enjoy team activities such as hot chocolate parties, game nights, Easter egg hunts, Valentine's Day treat bags, making cards for one another, and spending time together outside of work. We also believe in being part of our community. Our team participates in the Three Rivers Promise Walk/Run and is continuing to find new ways to get involved in local community events.

Veterinary medicine can have difficult days, and we believe a strong support system matters. When things get challenging, we talk, support one another, and sometimes share funny stories to help each other through. We are a team that gets excited to see our coworkers each day.
