Care Center Cincinnati is seeking a Medical Director to lead our experienced emergency and specialty team. Partnering closely with hospital leadership, you'll drive medical excellence, team development, and strategic growth in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Ideal for a board-certified specialist passionate about leadership and exceptional patient care.

You'll join a collaborative team of 10 experienced Emergency Doctors and board-certified specialists across multiple disciplines, supported by daily rounds that promote exceptional patient care and teamwork. Our hospital features advanced technology, including a Storz endoscope, 128-slice CT, and fluoroscopy, along with a highly skilled technician team dedicated to continuous growth. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Oversee medical standards and ensure patients receive consistent, high-quality care.
• Support and mentor a team of 21 veterinarians, including providing case consultation and guidance on complex or critical cases.
• Collaborate with the hospital manager and leadership team on day-to-day hospital operations.
• Monitor patient care, medical protocols, and compliance with hospital policies and veterinary standards.
• Lead or participate in medical rounds, case reviews, and team meetings.
• Research, address, and aid in resolution of client escalations, to include medical concerns, customer service, and patient care issues as needed.
• Partner with Hospital Director to identify opportunities to expand or improve medical services based on patient and community needs and contribute to long-term medical and operational strategy.

What You Bring

- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.

- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, ideally in an Emergency/Specialty hospital, and a minimum of 12 years of leadership experience preferred.

- Values integrity, exhibits superior communication, and displays excellent client service and patient care.
