Develop and execute the overall sales strategy, including market expansion, customer development, pricing initiatives, and identification of new opportunities within the metals industry.

Lead and develop the company's sales organization, establishing clear goals, accountability, and strategies to drive profitable revenue growth across existing and new accounts.

Requirements: 7-10+ years of progressive sales experience within metals distribution, service centers, manufacturing, or a closely related industrial market, with demonstrated success leading and developing sales teams.

Requirements: Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability, building high-performing teams, developing strategic customer relationships, and working effectively with executive leadership on company-wide growth initiatives.
