VP Of It Operations - Lead Technology Transformation At Scale

A growing retail organization is seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to lead the technology powering its stores, distribution centers, and corporate operations.

Reporting to the CIO, you will:

• Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, networks, service delivery, and store technology.
• Modernize operations through automation, observability, and site reliability engineering.
• Strengthen IT service management, incident response, and operational performance.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while managing strategic technology partners.
• Shape a multiyear technology strategy supporting business growth.

Ideal background:

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operations, or service delivery.
• 5+ years in senior technology leadership.
• Experience with hybrid cloud, ITIL/ITSM, vendor management, and enterprise budgets.
• Retail, POS, or distributed multisite operations experience strongly preferred.
