Position Summary
As a Warehouse Order Selector, you'll play an important role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Regional Warehouse Manager, this position is perfect for individuals eager to contribute to the fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and review sales order printouts to determine required items.
- Skillfully operate a powered pallet jack to navigate the warehouse and select items from storage.
- Assemble custom pallets of products, ensuring they are stable, well-organized, and properly prepared for order fulfillment.
- Consistently uphold a "tour-ready" standard by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate all warehouse equipment in strict compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Remain vigilant and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), quality standards, and food safety regulations at all times.
- Take on temporary responsibilities as needed, which may include loading, unloading, receiving, product rotation, or other warehouse tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work 40 hours a week; 8-hour days or more (as needed) to meet demand.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply common sense in standardized situations.
- Proficiency in basic reading, writing, and mathematics, including interpreting sales orders, safety instructions, and machine operating guides.
- Comfortable performing basic computer functions, including data entry and bar code scanning, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Certified or willing to become certified in hand jack operation (forklift certifications are a plus).
- Solid work-based track record.
- Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years of experience operating a Walkie-Rider Pallet Jack used in picking, wrapping, loading, etc.
- Prior experience working with the following:
- Productivity (cartons per hour)
- Quality (error-free)
- Attendance policy expectations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Capacity to lift, push, or pull items of varying weights, up to 52 pounds.
- Flexibility to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb as needed, including accessing products via rolling staircases or forklifts.
- Comfortable working in environments with variable temperatures and near production machinery.
Work Environment
This role operates in a warehouse setting, with frequent exposure to production equipment and frequent interaction with forklifts and hand jacks. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
