Warehouse & Service Technician — Advanced Water Systems (EcoWater Dealer)

Advanced Water Systems, your local EcoWater Dealer, is seeking a motivated Warehouse and Service Technician to join our growing team. This role blends hands-on mechanical work with customer-facing service calls and warehouse responsibilities. We are looking for applicants who present an outgoing, professional demeanor and demonstrate a strong desire to build a career in the water treatment industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving, organizing, and preparing inventory in the warehouse;


• Performing installation, maintenance, and service on residential and light-commercial water treatment systems;


• Troubleshooting mechanical and plumbing issues; making field repairs as needed;


• Communicating effectively with customers and office staff; documenting work accurately;


• Driving safely to service appointments and following company vehicle procedures.

Required qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and practical plumbing skills;


• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record;


• Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills;


• Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies; reliable and punctual;


• Smoke-free workplace — employees must be non-smokers while on site.

We are a licensed Tennessee mechanical contractor (License #66626). Our company provides a full benefits package including health insurance, paid holidays, and vacation hours.
