Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Warehouse Appliance Associates for a growing warehouse operation in the Richfield area. If you enjoy hands-on work, like staying active, and are interested in learning basic repair skills, this is a great opportunity to build experience with a company that will train you for advancement and growth within their operation.

No previous appliance repair experience is required; you will be provided with the training you need to succeed.

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime available every other Saturday.

Pay: $18.60/hr.

Responsibilities

• Clean appliances before and after the repair process
• Remove products from shipping cartons for inspection
• Move appliances throughout the warehouse using a dolly
• Assist with basic repairs and part replacements (paid training provided)
• Wrap and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
• Ability to stand, walk, and move regularly throughout shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
