Warehouse Associate Location: Bloomington, MN

Shifts & Pay 1st Shift: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Overtime (if required): 6:00 AM 7:00 AM Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will work as part of a team to support material handling, product movement, and general warehouse functions while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support one functional area within the warehouse (e.g., Shipping, Receiving, or Inventory)
• Transport, stage, and move products and materials as needed
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage locations
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety policies, and security guidelines
• Support quality and accuracy standards during product handling
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Entry-level candidates welcome; 02 years of warehouse experience preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work safely Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
