Warehouse Associate

• Location: Oberlin, OH


• Schedule: M-F, 6:00 am -2:30 pm

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring materials and finished products move efficiently throughout our facility and arrive accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming materials into the ERP system and complete required inventory transactions.


• Unload deliveries, verify shipments, and inspect incoming materials for accuracy or damage.


• Pick, pack, label, weigh, and prepare outgoing shipments for customer delivery and courier pickup.


• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.


• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.


• Transport materials throughout the facility to support production.


• Ensure outgoing shipments meet company quality standards and customer requirements.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.


• Assist with additional warehouse and shipping duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.


• 13 years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred.


• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.


• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.


• Basic math skills for inventory and shipping calculations.


• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery, noise, and changing temperatures.


• Frequently stand and walk throughout the workday.


• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed.


• Lift and move up to 55 pounds without assistance.
