Essential Job Functions:

  • Reporting, tracking, and submitting project expenses
  • Have a thorough understanding of the distribution process (inventory, receiving, and shipping)
  • Handle special promotions VAS: planning projects, quoting projects, managing resources
  • Effectively meeting daily productivity and handling vendors
  • Inventory of supplies as well as finished goods inventory
  • Have the ability to navigate SAP/WMS to perform conversion transactions
  • Coordinating all VAS projects. Attend weekly meetings
  • Manage resources to ensure all VAS projects meet required deadlines
  • Deal with internal and external customers professionally
  • Ensure all details for VAS projects are managed accurately

Necessary Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required with an associate's degree preferred
  • Must have WMS and SAP knowledge
  • Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and mathematical skills required
  • Ability to understand each unique customer's expectations
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) with accurate and efficient data entry skills and familiar with databases
  • Ability to relate to and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work from a general assignment with little or no direction from others
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with high energy level and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Moderate to heavy lifting may be required (50 lb.)
  • Reliable and flexible with hours worked, including weekends and overtime
  • Ability to read and write English; understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality

Work involves sitting at periods of time, talking, hearing, and using a computer mouse and keypad throughout the day. Includes walking and standing most of the day and lifting cartons repetitively.
