Our client, a leading organization in the construction and building materials industry, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Corona, CA

Pay Range: $20.00

Shifts: Monday to Friday

5:00 AM 1:30 PM

1:00 PM 9:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Review regular orders and pick lists, utilizing forklift to gather materials throughout the warehouse and assemble in staging lanes.
• Maintain safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment.
• Perform housekeeping duties by keeping aisles and rack locations free of debris and empty pallets.
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift forklift inspections, reporting any necessary repairs.
• Assist with inventory audits, product counts, and logging to support accurate stock management.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting directions and order details.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds, stand for 80% of the day, and perform twisting, bending, squatting, climbing, or crawling as needed.
