Our client, in the printing and document solutions industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Print Production Department supporting the operational workflow. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: 20

Shift: 12:00PM 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Receive, process, and manage print service orders, bindery tasks, and packaging requirements.
• Prioritize and organize work assignments based on customer needs, workload, and equipment capabilities.
• Thoroughly review work orders to ensure accurate execution of printing procedures.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions provided in work orders to maintain consistency and quality.
• Operate various printing equipment and machinery, including large format and small format devices such as Canon Vario Print 110 BW, C850 Image Press C10010VP, or Canon Image Press C10010VP.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a print environment, with familiarity in print production processes.
• Proficiency in operating copiers and printing machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and convey job-related information clearly.
• Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 25 to 50 pounds.
