Overview

Assist employees and contractors in finding parts. Issuing parts, receiving, cycle counting, and tracking warehouse inventory. M-F days schedule

Responsibilities

Staff the warehouse counter

Accept deliveries, check-in products/place into proper stocking locations

Pick parts

Issue parts to appropriate departments

Perform cycle-count

Assist employees and contractors as "customers"

Investigate discrepancies

Operate crane and forklift

Vacation coverage for coworkers (may include swing shift when necessary)

Other tasks assigned by manager/supervisor

Qualifications

Required

A strong focus on safety

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Strong multitasking skills

Self-starter

Must be physically able to lift heavy parts

Preferred

Knowledge of CMMS Inventory Systems, Excel and Outlook software

Crane and/or forklift certified

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and/or welding replacement parts
