The Warehouse Production Lead performs supervisory and other management responsibilities while performing production unloading assignments. Leads distribute unloading assignments to handlers, coordinate unloading activities, manage completion of administrative paperwork, and ensure compliance with FHI policies.
Responsibilities Adaptability and ability to handle high?pressure situations.
Communicate effectively with other departments and customer service.
Safely and efficiently unload tractor trailers delivering products.
Operate a variety of forklifts to remove products.
Break down pallets and restack cases onto new pallets.
Other duties as assigned.
Benefits Production pay or hourly base rate, whichever is greater.

Qualifications Experience in managing and leading a team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work required schedule.
Ability to speak and write in English.

Work Environment & Physical Demands Designation as safety?sensitive.
Warehouse environment with extreme heat and cold temperatures.
Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat most of the workday.
Handle cases weighing 2595 pounds and up to 200+ pallets per day.
Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and machinery alarms in moderate to loud environments.
