Warehouse Lead

What You Will Do:

Owner of warehouse inventory KPIs including turns, inventory balance, truck replenishments, and support Operations to serve customers:

Order placement with vendors

PO entry in ERP Vision System

Oversee order receipts and shipping documentation

Work with key vendors to confirm on time delivery

Cycle counts / physical inventory

Warranty and Core Management

Cross functional + Team communication

Lead warehouse material handlers / clerks

Maintain chain of custody standards to control leakage

Support inventory transfers across branches

Maintain right-size inventory levels of key parts

What We Look For

3+ years experience in warehouse inventory management including ;

1+ year w/ major EPR system experience (e.g. SAP, Vision, MS, Acumatica)

Truck or Bin restocking demand management

Strong Excel experience

Strong understanding of inventory processes including warranty, returns, purchase orders, inventory reports, cycle count management, physical inventory processes, inventory metrics

3+ years supporting Field Services type industry

Inventory management scope of 500+ SKUs / $1M avg inventory balance
