Hiring Immediately – Bilingual Production Supervisor – Irving, TX:Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Production Supervisor job in Irving, TX.  As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible overseeing and directing the daily operation of the Production Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring a safe efficient operation in achieving business targets.  
Pay and BenefitsStarting salary of $65,000/year and great benefits available.

Requirements:

• Bilingual with ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience 
• Previous experience working in food production is preferred
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
• Maintain consistent communication between the customer, coworkers, and management at all times
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to provide training and give direction 

Responsibilities for Production Supervisors include:

• Perform team management duties to include coaching, training, disciplinary action, safety practices, and scheduling and motivating
• Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and coordinate the distribution of labor, adjusting work assignments and schedules while responding to fluctuating production needs
• Manage daily labor efficiencies, downtime, quality control
• Onboard, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain the company’s production goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with management and other supervisors to resolve employe
