Warehouse Receiver

Job Title

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is seeking a dedicated individual for a role in a temperature-controlled warehouse. This position involves a variety of tasks to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Read labels, verify documentation, and count product quantities for shipments.
• Safely operate a stand-up forklift and pallet jack in temperature-controlled and non-controlled environments.
• Perform product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) standards and document code dates.
• Maintain correct slot locations, consolidate pallets, and correct any mis-stocks.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized following company safety and sanitation standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

In This Role, You'll:

• Responsible for safely receiving, storing, and moving products and materials.
• Standing, walking, twisting, and bending for extended periods.
• Ability to work in cold environments and adapt to temperature changes.
• This role requires operating material handling equipment- Stand-up Forklift.
• Must be able to complete paperwork according to the guidelines and maintain records.

What You'll Bring:

• Licensed forklift operator - 2 years Standup Forklift experience required.
• Ability to perform accurate inspections and follow documentation.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 F to 38 F).
• Shift: Primarily a 5-day work week, starting at 10:00AM.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $20.72/hr.
• Weekly pay (every Friday).
