Warehouse Section Leader

Manage daily warehouse team operations, overseeing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods warehouses

Develop and optimize warehouse management systems and SOPs, ensuring accuracy of records, physical inventory, and cards

Plan warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and material turnover efficiency

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production planning to ensure material readiness

Organize periodic inventory counts, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions

Maintain and control data integrity in ERP/WMS systems

Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields

3+ years of manufacturing warehouse management experience; background in energy storage container, or metal welding industry preferred

Familiar with ERP (SAP/Yonyou, etc.) and WMS system operations

Strong data analysis and team management capabilities

Rigorous, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
