Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
•   Checking-in and out all inbound/ outbound live and drop shipments
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock counts.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates on shipment status and delivery times.
• Resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including shipment details and driver information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for dispatching and tracking shipments.
