Warehouse Specialist
Apply NowSycomp is looking for experienced Warehouse Specialists to help manage and execute daily warehouse and distribution activities. This position oversees key logistics operations, including receipt, storage, picking, and shipment of inventory, emphasizing accuracy and safety in all aspects of warehouse management.
Warehouse location: Doral, Miami.
This is a full-time permanent position with benefits.
Responsibilities:
Receiving: Handle unloading of incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure accurate system entry for inbound inventory.
Allocation: Place stock in designated locations and allocate inventory in the system to facilitate efficient order processing.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and prepare orders for staging, ensuring efficiency and correctness.
Packaging: Pack, label, and prepare shipments in accordance with customer specifications and carrier requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in warehousing or logistics.
Spanish speaking and writing skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle) and basic computer applications.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing high-value or technology-related products.
Strong familiarity with WMS and ERP (Oracle) systems.
Advanced Excel skills and inventory reporting experience.
Estimated Pay Range: $23$25 per hour (USD)
