Position Responsibilities:

• The Warehouse Supervisor - Automation will lead day-to-day automation operations, ensuring system uptime, performance, and efficiency across all automated processes
• You will partner with maintenance and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, drive root cause resolution, and minimize downtime
• You will monitor automation performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize productivity and system reliability
  in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse 
• As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities 
• You will staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team members 
• You will oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized 
• You will allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controls 
• Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
