Job Title: Warehouse Team Member - E-waste/Recycling - Campus

Location: Goodwill North Central Texas --- 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas

Salary: $14.82 per Hour

Work Hours: Full Time position. Outlet is open 7:30 am - 6:30 pm, 7 days per week. Open availability to work varying schedule.

General Job Duties: Use tipping machines, pallet jacks, hand trucks, flat bed carts, and any other material handling equipment to move product from staging area to work area and then from work area to bulk sales staging or shipping area; meet established daily production quotas. Sort items accurately and efficiently from bins, gaylords, totes, boxes or any other type of container from retail stores or ADCs for commodity sales and/or for rebates from our Recycling Partners; meet established daily production quotas. Perform all necessary cleaning functions in all areas of the work environment. Other duties as assigned.

Specific Requirements: After in-house training, successfully operate various types of equipment for material handling; read, write and possess basic math skills. Team player mentality with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals/quotas.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a warehouse setting which includes noise, some extremes in temperature, and dust. Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs and place donations in trailer; sufficiently mobile to work assigned schedule, and ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, background check, drug screen and physical examination.
