They must notify the Care Manager of client concerns, changes in care or client condition and client emergencies, and notify the Care Manager and/or Staffing Coordinator of any safety concerns. They must follow company Infection Control practices; notify the office if in need of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or supplies. They must follow the ClearCare Telephony Instructions to clock in and clock out for all scheduled shifts and accurately update your task status for each client prior to clocking out and leaving the client's home.
