Welder (Hiring Immediately)

Welder Sand and grind welds as needed to meet appropriate quality and production standards Self-sufficient on start-up and shutdown equipment procedures Select appropriate weld setting to obtain a quality weld Cut and fabricate parts from raw stock material Assemble and weld components for products Use measuring tape and other tools Operate all necessary equipment to assemble and weld components Perform quality checks of parts as needed including effective use of calipers, micrometers, and functional gauges Work with other employees to complete assemblies on multiple person operations Check welds for strength Conduct welding equipment maintenance and repairs as needed Always follow strict safety guidelines and protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure project success and timely completion
