Welder (MIG & TIG)

Temporary Welder (MIG & TIG) 3-Month Contract

We are seeking a skilled and reliable welder for a 3-month temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG and TIG welding and be able to produce high-quality welds while following safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements include:

• Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Background in aerospace/defense is a plus.
• Ability to weld sheet metal, steel, aluminum, and/or stainless steel (as applicable).
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Welding certification is an asset but not required.

Compensation includes:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
