Job Description

The person in this position must meet the following requirements:

Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment

Must have good attendance

Must be experienced in MIG & TIG welding (Certifications are preferred)

Must be experienced with all types of Fabrication Machinery (Brakes, Shears, Spot Welders, Swaging and Beading Machines, Rollers, Iron Workers, Drill Presses and various hand tools)

Must have the ability to read and interpret blue prints

Use critical thinking when making decisions

Must be able to prioritize work load and take direction as needed

Must be willing to work overtime as needed

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Willing to learn new skill sets and cross train in different job functions

Maintain a neat and orderly work environment

Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
