Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of shift management experience or 1 year of assistant management experience (QSR preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent
Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
