Key ResponsibilitieAccount Management & Client SupporManage day-to-day communication with wholesale accounts, including assistant buyers, merchandise coordinators, and account teamsRespond to product information requests, imagery and copy needs, shipping updates, sample requests, and general account inquiries in a timely mannerSupport account relationships by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client needs are met throughout the selling cycleAssist with order management from placement through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely executionAssist with daily communication across our sales distributors and agents regarding product inquiriesMarket & Showroom ManagemenCoordinate all showroom operations during seasonal markets, including appointment scheduling, showroom setup, sample organization, model coordination, and merchandisingSupport sales appointments by dressing models, and maintaining a polished, brand-right showroom environmentSupport sales appointments by maintaining a polished, brand-right showroom environmentPrepare go to market tools on order assortments, historic selling analysis, sales tools such as fit guides, and other market presentationsManage sample trafficking, in season requests through marketing/ sell shots.Sales OperationMaintain and update NuOrder, line sheets, and product information to ensure accuracy across all selling toolsPartner closely with Customer Service, Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and deliveriesMonitor order entry, EDI, shipping status, and delivery schedules, proactively communicating updates to accounts and internal teamsAssist with off-price opportunities and inventory management initiatives as needed.Visual Merchandising SupporConduct store visits to key wholesale account doors to support visual merchandising standards and brand presentationAssist with floor sets, product launches, and in-store merchandising initiativesFacilitate product knowledge trainings and presentations for retail sales associates and account teamsSupport the execution of special events and account meetingsDevelop relationships with store managersReporting & AnalysiSupport weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports, including ATS reporting, hindsight analyses, order recaps, and business reviewsAnalyze sales performance for major accounts- inventory levels and sell-through trends to identify reorder/swap opportunities and risksAssist in creating presentations, sales decks, and other materials used for internal meetings and client presentations.QualificatioBachelor's degree preferre13 years of experience in wholesale sales, fashion merchandising, showroom operations, or a related fielStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmenExcellent verbal and written communication skillProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; NuOrder experience preferreStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitieTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiativAbility to travel for markets, store visits, and special events as neede
