Job Description: NY1495783 Inside Sales. Full time for Wilcor International in Frankfort, NY. Job Summary: Inside Sales department is the frontline for answering phones and usually the first contact for customers. This is not pressure sales-it is just helping the customer make the most profit for their stores. Willing to train the right candidate. Duties: Entering orders submitted by customers via email, fax and phone. Out going calls to confirm orders and receive payment information. Answer questions about products. Follow up on issues. Work on various office projects and reports. Work with other departments and cross training when necessary. Listening to customer's concerns and handling complaints. Communication with customers via phone, email or chat.
Requirements: High school diploma or the equivalent preferred along with customer service or related experience. Pay: $16.00/hour. Benefits: Health Insurance, Vacation, Retirement/Pension
