Core Responsibilities

• Work with the candidate and staff to build and execute the overall finance plan with clear monthly and quarterly goals
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the fundraising programs, including tracking contributions and pledges, maintaining databases, and compliance.
• Build out a robust call time program that includes both the candidate's personal network and state and national progressive donors.
• Plan, organize, and manage a fundraising event program that includes both local fundraising events and state and national travel.
• Recruit, train, and manage finance volunteers to help support all aspects of the fundraising program.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of campaign fundraising experience, we are also open to candidates with fundraising experience outside of politics, including non-profit fundraising and experience as a volunteer.
• Experience working directly with individual donors and planning fundraising events.
• Experience with email and digital fundraising is not required but is welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable access to a personal vehicle, internet, and a cellphone
• A strong work ethic and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
