Wound Care Registered Nurse Supervisor - Behavioral Health

Pine View Center, a residential treatment facility in Spanish Fork, Utah, is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor/Wound Nurse to oversee nursing care for youth with mental and behavioral health needs. In this on-site role, you will lead weekend nursing staff, manage complex wound care, and provide direct RN assessments, medication administration, and crisis response. You will collaborate closely with therapists and direct care staff in a structured, therapeutic environment focused on safety, stabilization, and skill-building, supporting residents’ progress and successful reintegration into the community.
