Law & Motion Attorney (100% Remote – California)

One of my top California civil defense firms, backed by over 500 years of combined partner experience, is expanding its Law & Motion team! The firm handles complex, high-stakes litigation, has a strong trial presence, and offers exceptional attorney support. This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll focus on what you do best—legal research and writing—without the day-to-day demands of court appearances or heavy client interaction

What We’re Looking

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license (required)
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on law & motion work
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience drafting dispositive motions is highly preferred

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $250,000.Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
