Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle personal injury defense, premises liability, construction defect, and related litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and handle motion practice.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong personal injury defense experience preferred; construction defect experience is a plus.
• Trial experience or trial readiness preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000–$220,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
