Bilingual Production Lead Responsibilities:

• Arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled shift to prepare for daily operations
• Capture and document employee call-offs in a timely manner
• Coordinate replacement staffing efforts by communicating needs to supervisors and QPS Recruiter
• Maintain and track daily attendance records for all temporary staff
• Act as a point of contact between production supervisors, temporary employees, and recruiting partners
• Provide real-time updates regarding staffing changes, attendance, and operational needs
• Assist with translation support as needed to ensure clear communication across team members
• Work alongside a team of approximately 8 temporary employees, performing all standard production tasks, including loading and handling beverage cases, operating production machinery safely and efficiently, supporting line changeovers between product runs and performing cleaning and sanitation duties during and after production cycles
• Ensure adherence to company safety standards, quality guidelines, and production expectations
• Lead by example in productivity, attendance, and adherence to safety and quality standards
• Provide guidance and informal direction to team members during the shift as needed
• Assist supervisors in identifying staffing or workflow issues and recommending solutions

Requirements for Bilingual Production Lead:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food or beverage
• Must be bilingual - fluent in both Spanish and English
• Ability to operate machinery and perform physical labor in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate (if applicable)
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to manage attendance and staffing coordination
• Comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role while performing production duties
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Flexibility with schedule and early arrival requirements
