Position Title: Shipping & Receiving

Wage: $21.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday

Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

- Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers

- Utilize FedEx and UPS shipping software to create labels, process shipments, and maintain accurate shipping records

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against documentation to ensure accuracy and quality standards

- Use AS400 inventory systems to maintain inventory accuracy, track materials, and support warehouse operations

- Lead, train, and support employees to improve productivity, safety, and adherence to company procedures

- Safely operate forklifts to move, stage, load, and unload materials throughout the facility

- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipment records

- Support quality control requirements by inspecting products, identifying discrepancies, and following established procedures

- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment while meeting production and shipping deadlines

Shipping & Receiving Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Manufacturing shipping/receiving experience

- Forklift certification or ability to obtain

- Basic computer and ERP skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Frequent repetitive hand and arm motions

- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds

- Ability to bend, reach, and twist safely
