Painter Assistant

Our client, a dynamic player in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Painter Assistant to join their team. As a Painter Assistant, you will be part of the production department supporting the painting team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Painter

Location: Lynwood, CA

Pay Range: $18-23/hr.

Shift: 3pm-12am

What's the Job?

• Assist the painter with preparation tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support the team in mixing paint and preparing surfaces for painting.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.

What's Needed?

• Previous Painter Assistant or Painting experience is REQUIRED
• Previous Aerospace experience is a Plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines.
