A mission-driven, federally qualified health center in Southern Arizona is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their team as core faculty within a growing Family Medicine Residency Program.

The Position:
• 60% Clinical | 40% Teaching / Academic Time
• Core Family Medicine Residency Faculty role with involvement in resident mentorship and program development
• Opportunity to contribute to curriculum design, program growth, and academic culture

• Work alongside leadership committed to building a high-quality, sustainable residency program

Compensation & Benefits:
• $275,000+ Base Salary
