Are you an experienced Account Director ready to take the lead on high-impact medical communications accounts?

We’re partnering with a growing, innovative healthcare agency looking for a client service powerhouse who can combine strategic thinking, scientific expertise, account leadership, and people management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and serve as a strategic day-to-day partner
• Bring strong scientific and therapeutic-area knowledge across a range of projects and deliverables
• Lead project execution, budgets, forecasting, resourcing, and overall account health
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and contribute to pitches and new business
• Lead, coach, and mentor account teams, helping develop talent and elevate performance
• Partner closely with scientific, creative, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience within Medical Communications
• Strong client-facing experience in a fast-paced agency environment
• Experience managing multiple accounts and competing priorities
• Proven project and financial management skills
• A collaborative, people-first leadership style
• Strong scientific knowledge and understanding of pharma regulations and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in science, pharmacology, medicine, or a related field
