We’re partnering with a growing independent healthcare communications agency that is looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager to join its Client Services team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being a true client partner and wants to work on complex, innovative therapies that are shaping the future of healthcare.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships

• Act as a strategic partner, developing a deep understanding of clients’ goals, brands, priorities and competitive landscape

• Own projects from start to finish, including resourcing, financial management and forecasting

• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work

• Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to every project

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Account Manager experience within a medical communications agency or similar healthcare agency environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline

• Genuine passion for science and medical communications

• Strong client relationship and project management skills

• Someone who is proactive, collaborative and always looking for solutions
