Ready Credit is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive our next phase of growth. This is a hunter-led role with ownership of new logo acquisition, enterprise deal strategy, and expansion into some of the most recognizable brands in travel, entertainment, and hospitality. Reports to the VP of Sales.

We operate 1,500+ kiosks across 120+ airports and venues in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, serving major airlines, sports venues, attractions, hospitality brands, and healthcare systems. Our partners are buying more than just hardware. They are buying outsourced cash management, regulatory confidence, and measurable ROI.
What you'll own
- New enterprise logo acquisition and strategic account expansion, end to end
- Territory and account-based strategy, not lead follow-up
- Complex, multi-stakeholder cycles with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Operations leadership
- Discovery tied to operational pain, financial impact, and ROI
- Executive proposals, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations
- Pipeline management focused on gross margin quality and deal durability
- Partnership with Product and Leadership to shape roadmap and go-to-market
In this role, you'll be expected to think like a business owner.
What you bring
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales with a track record closing complex, consultative deals
- Strong financial and ROI-based selling skills
- Confidence engaging senior executives through long sales cycles
- Comfort operating with autonomy, accountability, and ambiguity
- Experience partnering with SDRs and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
