Greater Chicago / Western Suburbs | Field-Based

~$75-85K Base | $120-130K+ Realistic Year 1 OTE | Upside to $150K | Uncapped Commission

We're hiring an experienced B2B Outside Account Executive to join an established, growing organization and develop business throughout the greater Chicago market.

This is a growth hire and you'll have the best of both worlds: approximately 20 existing accounts to start, plus significant opportunity to hunt, win new customers, and build a highly profitable book of business.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, cold call, network, and create your own opportunities
• Meet customers in the field and build strong relationships
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and account expansion
• Sell consultatively on value, service, and solutions—not price alone
• Build and manage your territory with significant autonomy

We're looking for a true hunter + relationship builder with proven B2B sales success.

Packaging experience is NOT required. Strong backgrounds could include industrial distribution, manufacturing, MRO, safety/facility supplies, uniforms, logistics, material handling, or other repeat-purchase B2B products.

You should be:

• Comfortable generating your own pipeline
• Able to provide examples of new accounts you've personally won
• Consultative, competitive, persistent, and organized
• Strong at both new-business development AND account growth
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
