Account Executive | Remote | Technology Industry

Base: $65K–$80K

OTE: $150K (Uncapped Commission)

We are a growing technology organization to hire an Account Executive focused on winning net-new business across multi-location organizations.

This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships, solving business problems, and owning the sales process from first conversation through close.

You’ll sell mission-critical connectivity and technology solutions to organizations where reliable communications are essential to day-to-day operations. This is consultative sales and you have the opportunity to grow and promote from within and work with an excellent team!

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop net-new business
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation and close
• Target multi-location organizations across industries such as retail, hospitality, senior living, franchise groups and other multi-site businesses
• Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, networking and events
• Lead consultative discovery and translate technical solutions into clear business value
• Partner with internal technical and operations teams to develop the right customer solution
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasting and strong CRM discipline
• Stay connected through implementation to ensure a smooth customer handoff

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Proven success as a hunter/new-business developer
• Telecom, IT or managed services sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling into multi-location or operations-driven organizations is a big plus
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
• Self-starter who is comfortable building a territory and creating opportunities
• Strong communicator who can work across technical, operational and executive stakeholders
