Accounts Receivable/Payable Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Process and apply Accounts Receivable customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Facilitate the setup of new customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Familiarity with basic payroll procedures.* Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft office software and accounting systems.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.

Accounts Receivable/Payable Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in the last 5 years
• Demonstrated administrative assistant capabilities, including strong data entry skills and organizational aptitude.
• Familiarity with basic payroll procedures.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
