Automation Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $30.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)

• Assemble valves, actuators, and related automation components.
• Build pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, and manual actuation packages.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Test completed valve and actuator assemblies.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment as needed.
• Assist with inventory, staging, packaging, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate assembly, inspection, and testing records.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Report quality, safety, or inventory issues to supervisors.
• Support receiving, stocking, and inventory control activities.

Automation Technician Qualifications:

• Experience working with valves, actuators, automation accessories, or oil and gas equipment.
• Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric actuation systems.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience with pressure testing, torque settings, tubing, fittings, or instrumentation.
• Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and shop safety practices.
• Basic computer skills for documentation, inventory tracking, and work order systems.
