Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a specialty electrical products manufacturer in Estherville, IA. In this role, youll help assemble high-quality fixture whips and wire components in a clean, structured production environment. What You'll Do as an Assembler:

• Assemble, bundle, and package fixture whips following work instructions and quality standards
• Read fixture whip labels and apply labels accurately to conduit
• Insert wires into conduit based on specified color codes
• Use ties, tools, equipment, and machines to secure wire leads
• Stand at a workstation for the majority of your shift
• Operate various assembly machines and equipment as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Ability to operate basic hand-power tools and pneumatic screwdrivers
• Ability to insert wires into conduit following color-coded instructions
• Ability to read and apply fixture whip labels
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to stand for 90% of an 8-hour shift
• Reliable transportation to the Estherville area
• Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screenings (if required)
