Entry-Level Manufacturing Operator

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Operators for a manufacturing company in Sacred Heart, MN. In this role, youll support production by assembling, inspecting, and packaging quality products in a team-based environment. MondayThursday | 5:45am4:15pm

$16.00 per hour paid weekly

Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

Perform repetitive hand or machine assembly tasks

Inspect parts for quality and follow work order instructions

Label, sort, pack, and box finished products

Operate basic equipment and machinery as assigned

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Ability to read and follow basic work orders

Basic math skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Basic understanding of safety procedures

Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred, but not required

No experience required entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
