Associate / Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Award-recognized real estate litigation boutique is seeking a 3 to 5 year associate to join its Seattle office, focusing on commercial and creditor-related disputes. This is a partner-track role within a lean team, offering meaningful case ownership, sophisticated litigation work and a strong in-office, mentorship-driven environment.

THE ROLE

⚖️ Independently manage assigned litigation matters.

? Handle creditor, debtor and collections disputes.

? Oversee matters with limited supervision.

? Apply strong attention to detail.

? Maintain a consistent in-office presence.

REQUIREMENTS

⚖️ 3 to 5 years' legal experience.

?️ Admission to Washington State Bar.

? Relevant litigation experience, ideally creditor or debtor focused.

? Able to independently manage cases.

? Comfortable working with limited supervision.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

? $130,000 base salary.

? Seattle, Washington, in-office role.

? 1,620 annual billable hour target.

? ? Partner-track position.

? In office 5 days per week.
